CareerHero provides a free online psychometric career assessment platform that:

  • Administers a 40-question assessment based on multiple intelligence theory
  • Evaluates responses across 8 cognitive dimensions
  • Generates personalized career recommendations based on assessment results
  • Provides career guidance insights for educational and informational purposes

3. User Registration

To take the assessment, you must provide accurate and complete registration information including your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and current education level. You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information
  • Not impersonate another person
  • Not use false or misleading information
  • Be at least 10 years of age to use our services

4. Assessment Rules and Anti-Cheating Policy

Our assessment includes an anti-cheating system to ensure fair and accurate results. By taking the assessment, you agree to:

  • Complete the assessment independently without external assistance
  • Not switch tabs or windows during the assessment
  • Not use developer tools or browser inspection features during the assessment
  • Not attempt to manipulate, hack, or circumvent the assessment system

Violations may result in warnings (up to 3) and automatic disqualification of the assessment. Disqualified assessments cannot be restored.

5. Assessment Results and Recommendations

  • Based on psychometric frameworks and statistical analysis
  • Not a guarantee of career success or suitability
  • Not a substitute for professional career counseling

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any career recommendation. Individual outcomes may vary based on numerous factors beyond the scope of this assessment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CareerHero, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, assessment questions, algorithms, and software, is the property of CareerHero and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission
  • Modify or create derivative works from our content
  • Use our content for commercial purposes
  • Reverse engineer our assessment algorithm or methodology

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or databases
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access our content

  • Restrict access to certain features or the entire service
  • Remove or refuse to process any assessment that violates these terms

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
